Types of Refunds
Refund for Service Withdrawal
If you have changed your plans and no longer need your OneClickSIM eSIM, we will refund 100% of your money.
Refund for Incompatible or Locked Device
If you purchased the eSIM and it turned out not to be compatible with your device, we will refund 100% of your money.
Refund for Connectivity Issues
If your eSIM does not work due to a problem with OneClickSIM or the destination country's network has problems and is unstable, we can offer you a partial or full refund (100% of your money).
Refund Process
Leave it all in our hands! Simply contact our Customer Support Team at support@oneclicksim.com and provide the relevant details. Your money will be refunded to the same bank account within 5 to 10 business days.
